What is the privilege for the offspring of the french freedom fighters/ who lost their lives for the integrity of France.

eg: Samatam Kishtayya is my great grand father who is being honoured even today in France. But his next generations are literally struggling to survive due to famine and other causes in India.

What is the remedy/solution for this?
