The University of Deusto, together with elcorreodigital has divided them into 3 levels. Egun on, for beginners. Eguerdi on and Arrast on for advanced students.

LinguaShop.com offers software to learn Basque grammar. It is available for free from their website. It also has other options related to vocabulary and pronunciation.

There are other options for those who have a basic level of Basque and want to increase their vocabulary. They generally consist of dictionary or key word list downloads.

For tourists and people interested on a quick Basque language guide mailxmail.com is recommended. The course is quick and allows the person to learn the most common phrases and their correct pronunciation.

There are also courses dedicated to dialects, especially Guipuzcoan and Biscayan. Lessons are divided in 39 sections. The course can be started only once the dialect dictionary has been downloaded.

The LinguaShop Basque learning software is not free of charge. Last time I checked, it cost aboug $48 plus S&H.
