International Contest of Short Films Online Mare Urdina, vidECO 2009 films which have to be filmed with the mobile phone, photos or of video camera. The project has been organized with the collaboration of Eusko Ikaskuntza-Society of Basque Studies, the European Foundation Surfrider, the Conseil General of the Atlantic Pyrenees and the Basque Federation of Surf.
